However, we do offer a full refund if the weather forecast the night prior to the event is predicting high wind and heavy rain.
Payment must be made through bank transfer. A 10% deposit is due 7 days after receiving the invoice to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

If it rains and the bouncing area gets wet, give the bouncy castle a quick dry with a towel and carry on bouncing! We also offer a “FREE” of charge cancellation option in the event of bad weather (This must happend the evening before the event). In the event of high winds and heavy rain, we cannot allow a hire to proceed and will cancel the booking and you will receive a full refund.
The bouncy castle can be arranged to get delivered between 8 am-10 am and picked up from 4 pm-8 pm. If needed different delivery and pick-up times can be arranged please send us a query about this.
We provide a free delivery service for the Pukekohe, Papakura, Waiuku and the surounding small towns. If you live outside these areas, a small delivery charge may be added to the hire rate.
We normally deliver in the morning and collect in the evening, but we try to be as flexible as possible so please ask at the time of booking. If you hire a bouncy castle for only a few hours, such as for an indoor event or an after-school activity, the same price will apply, as the same amount of work is required. Our normal collection times are between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, but this can vary depending on the time of year. A normal day hire will be between 8-10 hours.

Our bouncy castle are delivered on a trolley so we need adequate clear access for this (minimum width of 1.2 meter). Please ensure that paths or access to your garden are free of obstacles. We will need access to an electricity power point within 20 meters. If we have to wait while you clear access, prepare the site, or if the access/site is unsuitable, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Bouncy castles and slides situated outdoors need to be on a reasonably flat grassy area (slight slopes are OK) so that they can be staked down. The area needs to be completely free of any sharp stones, objects, dog mess or excessive mud. If we have to wait while you clear access, prepare the site, or if the access/site is unsuitable, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Yes, the blower must be running constantly whilst the bouncy castle is in use. If there is a sudden change in weather and there are strong winds, all children must get of the bouncy castle and then just switch the blower off and let the unit deflate.
No, once the bouncy castle has been delivered, installed and we have left, it must not be moved or re-positioned under any circumstances.
Yes, we provide detailed written safety instructions with the bouncy castle.
Yes, our bouncy castles are suitable for children up to and including the age of 12. And the bouncy castle can have 5 kids on at a time. Adults are “NOT” allowed on the castles.

Safety First
Safety is important. With that in mind, Castles reserves the right to cancel any booking on the day, if the operators feel there are factors involved that could jeopardize the safety of the users. All safety requirements outlined in our terms and conditions must be followed to ensure a safe and fun day.
You will be asked to Sign our Hire Agreement Form Below on our arrival and a Safety Installation Form after we have setup.
Our Castle meets CE Approvals and we comply with NZ & AUS safety standards.
1. DELIVERY
A. The hirer is to provide clear access to the area where the equipment is going to be set up before and after your event.
B. The hirer is to provide 240v power supply. (if required)
C. The hirer is to secure all dogs before setup.
D. The hirer is to remove all animal droppings before setup.
E. The hirer is not to relocate the equipment after setup has been completed by Rainbow Bouncy Castles staff.
F. The hirer is responsible for any damage to any underground services caused by setup.
2. OPERATION
The Hirer will provide a person over 18 years who shall supervise the use of equipment at all times in particular, the Hirer shall ensure:
A. That he/she has a continuous clear and unobstructed view of the equipment and the children there on;
B. That not to allow overcrowding on the Castle. Only so many children are allowed on at any one time as can safely use without causing danger to themselves or others.
C. That larger more boisterous children are segregated to separate times from small children;
D. No person over the age of 12 will jump on the Castle . Strictly NO ADULTS must jump on our castles.
E. No jumping on to and hanging off the walls and netting of the castle.
F. Absolutely no climbing or sitting on the walls of the Bouncy Castle as this is dangerous to all users.
G. No attempting somersaults, wrestling, fighting, pushing or behavior that could cause injury.
H. No eating, drinking or chewing gum while on the Bouncy Castle to avoid damage and/or choking. No food or drink are permitted on the castle at all times.
I. No silly string or party poppers to be used on the Bouncy Castle. Face paint can be used with consideration. If face paint does happen to get onto the Castle please wipe clean immediately with damp cloth.
J. No flammables near the Bouncy Castle. This includes smoking and Barbeques.
K. No Animals permitted on the Bouncy Castle.
L. The entry step and/or slide base are not for bouncing as user could easily fall and sustain injury. These are for entry and exit purposes only.
M. That the bouncy castle must not be operated at all in winds over 28 km/h; if it gets windy remove children from inflatable and turn power off.
N. If the Jumping area becomes wet at any time it should not be used, any wetness including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried off with a towel.
O. In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately. Then check that the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or something has not blown onto it and is obstructing the blower.
2. CLEANING
A. The hirer will take responsible steps to ensure the equipment remains in a clean condition.
B. If something is accidentally split on the castle please wash off immediately with a damp cloth and soapy water.
C. The hirer will pay a cleaning fee of $50 if equipment is picked up in a dirty condition.
3. COLLECTION
A. Viking Party Ltd is hereby authorized to enter any premises upon which the equipment may be located or thought to be located for the purpose of collecting the same at the conclusion of hiring.
B. All Castles must be in the same condition as when it arrived. We reserve the right to take a photo of the castle on your property. This is for proof reasons if the castle is picked up in unacceptable condition.
C. In the Event of Rain we reserve the right to come out and pack up early. Our Bouncy Castle must not be used in heavy Rain or strong wind.
4. DISCLAIMER
Viking Part Ltd has explained the Policy requirement regarding supervision of equipment to the person named below. The person/s or organization hiring this inflatable equipment will be responsible/legally liable for any damage to property or injury to any person occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use directly or indirectly related to the activity. These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times. Our Company cannot accept any responsibility or action taken for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
I have read the above agreement and the two documents BOUNCY CASTLE Operation and Supervision Instructions and EQUIPMENT SAFETY DATA SHEET and fully understand and accept the terms & conditions above.
I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the inflatable and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur, this will include the inflatable being returned in an unacceptable condition, i.e. if it is in a dirty or muddy condition, I will be expected to pay an additional cleaning charge.
